• neverall wood and ceramic disk to soak in ater or all liquids to pool on the wood
• wash quickly in warm, soap water and dry immediately
• never put wood in the dishwasher or use i the microwave
• avoid extreme temperatiures,,don't plunge into very hot water or store in the refrigerator
• oil frequently wiht mineral oil
